Turkey and Chaz- Both were born at the Stabbing Meadows Institute for the Criminally Insane to different mothers on the same night. They were raised at St. Bonaduce's orphanage until they were adopted by the late great Chief Johnny. Chief Johnny trained them from day one to be supercops.
